I am Miss Cee, 

the author of the blog, 
who is also
a world traveler, 

art / book / cuisine lover, 

and social scientist.  

This blog started as a means for me 

to purse my dream lifestyle and 

to share activities that I found inspiring.

I blog both in Chinese and English.
In addition to writing my recent trips 
in Japan,

and the Baltic economies,
